Returns & Exchanges


RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 days after you received your package. If 7 days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Only TCAC ORIGINAL ITEMS are eligible to return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards and discount code.


Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.
The Conscious Art Club does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please email hello@theconsciousartclub.com for assistance.)

Return drop-offs are not accepted at our Distribution Center or corporate office.

Additional notes: Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, The Conscious Art Club will not issue refund for your returns. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you a refund or a store credit in the form of a Conscious Art Club E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!

Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. The Conscious Art Club does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

The Conscious Art Club reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers or apply a restocking fee at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
All returned items that are not worn, altered, laundered, damaged or that arrives in a really bad shape due to a poor packaging.
As for all potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Non-Conscious Art Club items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit in the form of a Conscious Art Club E-Gift Card can be issued for your return item(s) once your package is received and processed at our Distribution Center. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for our Returns Department to process your return once delivered. Your E-Gift Card covers the purchase price of each item and tax, if applicable. The Conscious Art Club does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.

DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please email hello@theconsciousartclub.com within 2 days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@theconsciousartclub.com.

It is your responsibility to carefully check the size chart we provide on the product pages of our website. For this reason, we do not accept size related refunds. However, we do offer size related exchanges, or store credit.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
